Minutes of last meeting

Penny held a meeting recently and here are the minutes.

We met at HV Middle School cafeteria on March 14 with 15 people in attendance. Roy gave an account of our finances as of that day. We have a banking account set up, courtesy of Brock Fleenor. Class organizers went over their lists of people they were unable to contact. Linda gave the list of teachers she has contacted and reported that one teacher had responded favorably. Bonnie pasted out the menus from the caterer and she is to check with him to see if the price he gave her includes taxes and gratuity. Betty Jean "Catlett" said she would be responsible for the decorated cake. Phyllis and Bonnie talked about decorating the tables. We agreed to use the decorations as prizes. Penny passed out the program and we edited and revised it. Marvin will be working on the list of our deceased classmates. We discussed how we are going to recognize them at the reunion. The greeters-Clara, Catlett, Jimmy and Marvin, will be stationed at the two doors entering the gym and tables from each class will be set up in the gym. At the tables, will be name tags, the program and a donation jar for HV Middle School. Jimmy is in charge of finding a photgrapher to take class pictures. We all agreed to stay after the event and help clean up, if necessary. We may be able to hire the janitor, if we have enough money.
