Meeting of May 23 for upcoming Reunion

Fourteen class mates met May 23 at Cold Springs Presby. Church to formalize
plans for the reunion. Roy Tester gave a report on the number of attendees and
the money paid so far. We have 151 registered with more people who have sent in
their money that haven't been counted. There will also be several teachers
attending. We discussed parking concerns and Wayne smith has volunteered to be
responsible for the parking. We decided that June 15, 2009 will be the final cut
off date for the event. Any monies sent in afterwards will be sent back except
in special situations. It was voted that all class organizers will meet on July
3 at the school from 10:00am-1:00pm to decorate their table and be prepared for
the next day. We all voted to be at the school on July 4 at 4:00pm. Phyllis
Jackson is to get in touch with Party City to see about renting a tent for
outdoors. Jimmy Talbert is working on getting the photographer. Our next
planning meeting will be June 20 at cold springs presby. Church at 2:00pm.
